Citroen DS, Citroen ID Classic Car Fuel Injection Conversion fitted with existing Bosch EFI system
Based on our Universal Vehicle Kit for with 4 injectors Single carburettor upto 136 BHP
with Custom DS wiring harness.
Our kit is offered as an alternative to the original Citroen Bosch
Fuel Injection system which often is very problematic on today's
vehicles.
Our injectors mount in a similar location to the originals so with some
minor inlet manifold machining you can have a similar looking vehicle
with all the benefits of an electonic fuel injection system.
This kit contains all the parts needed for our Classic Fuel Injection system
(you do not need to order anything else from our range )
You remove the exisiting Bosch EFI components and then replace with our new modern injection system to give you an updated and more reliable fuel injection system with electronic ignition.
Notes for Ignition Distributor
The 123 Distributor is probably not compatible.
Nor is the original DS EFI distributor ( it would work but not enough internal space to modify it )
We advise replacing the 123 or original DS EFI Distributor with an old " Ducelier " distributor from a non EFI DS and modify that for use with our kit
( Avoid the Citroen DS " SEV " Distributor, as it showed some problems on another DS and there is not a modification kit available)
We have assembled this kit for easy ordering but if you prefer you can still order some or all of the parts using our individual listings
