VAT - Shipping - Returns - Refunds

VAT:
All prices for UK customers are liable to VAT at the current rate of 20%

For Export customers then the price paid will be the Ex VAT price as shown without VAT added

Customers outside the UK:
Export customers will not be charged UK VAT but may have to pay similar on import to their home country.
Any import duties, fees or taxes ( such as VAT or sales tax, import duty, shipper clearance fees ) are the responsibility of the customer.  
Normally these will have to be paid direct to your delivery company before they will release the goods.
You are advised to check your local rules and import regulations for further details.

Shipping Costs:
We generally use flat rate shipping starting meaning you pay a single fixed shipping charge regardless of your order size, the more you order the more you effectively save.

Delivery Information:
Orders can be delivered to your home or work place. Deliveries are normally made on weekdays (Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm) and may require a signature.
If no-one is available to sign for the goods, the courier will leave a card with details of the phone number to call to arrange another delivery.
All component orders are normally delivered within 1-3 working days.   Full vehicle kits have a longer lead time, typically 5 to 10 days for delivery.

Returns / Refunds:
Returns are generally only accepted for faulty items.
If we otherwise agree to accept a return we reserve the right to levy upto a 30% handling charge as may be indicated on the sales invoice to cover payment charges, inspection and testing prior to restocking.  All returns must be notified to us before sending to obtain return authorisation number.
Without this number returns will not be processed or refunds issued.
Postage for returned items is at buyers expense.

Special Order items ( indicated on the product page or as advised via email / phone ) are supplied on the understanding that they are sourced as a special order for that customer and are not normal stock items.  We cannot accept returns for these Special Order Items.

Our Classic Fuel Injection Kits are custom built to order and to the customer general specification and as such are exempt from automatic return rights under Consumer Contract regulations. To avoid doubt please consider these Special Order Items as detailed above.

Any refunds we agree to make either at customer request or if a customer orders in error, will be less the original payment processing fees imposed by the banks or card companies.

We do not have these fees returned to use by the banks / card companies even when a full refund is made.


The maximum limit of our liability will be the item cost at the time of your purchase. We will not be liable for any consequential losses or damages how so ever caused

IMPORTANT INFORMATION RELATING TO THE RETURN OF COMPLETE FUEL INJECTION VEHICLE KITS

The vehicle kits will be supplied with the ECU pre loaded with an initial start file.

This initial start file is simply provided as an aid for engine starting, it should not be considered a suitable final calibration for your engine.
You must be prepared to undertake further ECU calibration work to ensure the ECU files are tailored to your vehicle.
Failure to successfully complete the calibration process may lead to poor vehicle driveability or even damage to your engine.

Our Classic Fuel Injection Kits are custom built to order and to the customer general specification and as such are exempt from automatic return rights under Consumer Contract regulations.
By ordering this conversion kit you understand that further ECU calibration work will be required and the final results are outside of our control.
We cannot accept returns or claims arising from failure to successfully complete the calibration process.
