Classic Fuel Injection 4 Barrel Throttle Body Assembly with Injectors, Fuel Rails and Sensors


Throttle Body is to suit common 4 barrel 4150 or " Square Bore " mounting.

This kit will suit many of the US V8 engines as fitted to Chevolet, GM, Ford and Chrysler vehicles
currently fitted with a 4 BBL carburettor.


This listing is for the 4 Injector version of this kit with 650cc Injectors fitted to support engines of around 460 BHP

( we can supply injectors from around 310cc / 220 BHP upto around 1000cc / 700 BHP as a special order extra cost item, please ask is this is required )



The total height of the throttle body and the injector base plate is approx 80mm ( Body = 60mm, Plate = 20mm )
It will be lower / shorter than most 4 barrel carburettors it is replacing so bonnet clearance space should not be an issue.

Two Gaskets to suit Throttle Body and Injector Plate mounting



These Throttle Bodies are normally Silver in colour as per the photos but occasionally due to availability we have to supply the Black version.
Other than the colour they are exactly the same specification.

We cannot supply based on colour choice and orders will be fulfilled using the current stock.



Complete with an included adaptor this should fit any vehicle with the standard "Square Bore " inlet manifolds.
( if you source or make an adaptor plate then you should be able to also fit this kit to Spreadbore and Solex equipped vehicles such as Rolls Royce and some Mercedes - we cannot supply this plate as it would vary by vehicle )

IMPORTANT INFORMATION RELATING TO OUR COMPLETE FUEL INJECTION VEHICLE KITS

These kits are only suitable for vehicles with a Negative Earth electrical system.
If your vehicle is the older Positive Earth then you must convert the vehicle to Negative Earth before fitment.
Many older vehicles have already been converted but if you need to convert this is normally a simple process often cost free.


The full vehicle kits will normally be supplied with the ECU pre loaded with an initial start file.

This initial start file is simply provided as an aid for engine starting, it should not be considered a suitable final calibration for your engine.
You must be prepared to undertake further ECU calibration work to ensure the ECU files are tailored to your vehicle.
Failure to successfully complete the calibration process may lead to poor vehicle driveability or even damage to your engine.

Our Classic Fuel Injection Kits are custom built to order and to the customer general specification and as such are exempt from automatic return rights under Consumer Contract regulations.
By ordering this conversion kit you understand that further ECU calibration work will be required and the final results are outside of our control.
We cannot accept returns or claims arising from failure to successfully complete the calibration process.
