Jenvey Dynamics Triumph TR6 Throttle Body


The Jenvey Triumph TR6 direct to head electronic fuel injection (EFI) individual throttle body kit (ITB) has been designed and developed by Jenvey to significantly improve throttle response and reliabilty of your engine whilst producing more power and better fuel economy.

This kit includes 3 cast direct to head Throttle Bodies with built in fuel rail which are fitted with 6 X 250cc injectors, built in air rail and ability to run the original airbox along with heat insulators and exhaust heat shield.

This kit has been desinged to replace the original setup fitted to the TR6 engine.

Kit performance is enhanced by careful positioning of the EFI fuel injectors being located further upstream than standard and directly in the part throttle turbulence of the butterfly. 

This allows increased time/distance for improved fuel mixing increasing torque and power where its needed.  Our spindles profiled to minimise cross sectional area at full throttle and an 8 degree shut angle (shallower than most) gives finer control at small throttle openings


These are special order items and ordered direct from Jenvey. 

Typical lead time is 2 weeks but will be dependant on Jenvey delivery times

IMPORTANT INFORMATION RELATING TO OUR COMPLETE FUEL INJECTION VEHICLE KITS

These kits are only suitable for vehicles with a Negative Earth electrical system.
If your vehicle is the older Positive Earth then you must convert the vehicle to Negative Earth before fitment.
Many older vehicles have already been converted but if you need to convert this is normally a simple process often cost free.


The full vehicle kits will normally be supplied with the ECU pre loaded with an initial start file.

This initial start file is simply provided as an aid for engine starting, it should not be considered a suitable final calibration for your engine.
You must be prepared to undertake further ECU calibration work to ensure the ECU files are tailored to your vehicle.
Failure to successfully complete the calibration process may lead to poor vehicle driveability or even damage to your engine.

Our Classic Fuel Injection Kits are custom built to order and to the customer general specification and as such are exempt from automatic return rights under Consumer Contract regulations.
By ordering this conversion kit you understand that further ECU calibration work will be required and the final results are outside of our control.
We cannot accept returns or claims arising from failure to successfully complete the calibration process.
