VW Beetle- Classic Car Fuel Injection Conversion - 4 Injector Upgrade Kit

 
This kit is designed to upgrade the earlier electronic version used on some VW's where they have 4 x hose style fuel injectors fitted to inlet elbows and a central throttle body and plenum arrangement

The original inlet elbows, plenum chamber and throttle body from the original setup are retained.
This kit contains new Bosch " EV1 Fat Body " injectors to replace existing and make use of the existing clamp arrangment to hold them in place.

You can order this kit if you wish to carry out a similar upgrade or if you prefer to adapt your existing vehicle to a similar setup by sourcing your own inlet arrangment.




This kit contains all the parts needed for our Classic Fuel Injection system
(you do not need to order anything else from our range )

THIS KIT DOES NOT CONTAIN THE INLET MANIFOLD ELBOWS, PLENUM OR THROTTLE BODY, IT IS ASSUMED YOU ALREADY HAVE THESE PARTS OR ARE SOURCING FROM ELSEWHERE.

Please note this kit does not contain nuts, bolts and other fixings or adapters as they will be specific to your application but will easily be sourced from your normal suppliers or your existing workshop stock of parts.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION RELATING TO OUR COMPLETE FUEL INJECTION VEHICLE KITS

These kits are only suitable for vehicles with a Negative Earth electrical system.
If your vehicle is the older Positive Earth then you must convert the vehicle to Negative Earth before fitment.
Many older vehicles have already been converted but if you need to convert this is normally a simple process often cost free.


The full vehicle kits will normally be supplied with the ECU pre loaded with an initial start file.

This initial start file is simply provided as an aid for engine starting, it should not be considered a suitable final calibration for your engine.
You must be prepared to undertake further ECU calibration work to ensure the ECU files are tailored to your vehicle.
Failure to successfully complete the calibration process may lead to poor vehicle driveability or even damage to your engine.

Our Classic Fuel Injection Kits are custom built to order and to the customer general specification and as such are exempt from automatic return rights under Consumer Contract regulations.
By ordering this conversion kit you understand that further ECU calibration work will be required and the final results are outside of our control.
We cannot accept returns or claims arising from failure to successfully complete the calibration process.
