VW Beetle- Classic Car Fuel Injection Conversion

( VW version with one twin choke carburettor on each bank with the twin port head )

Based on our Premium Vehicle Kit with 4 injectors to suit vehicles with a pair of Weber IDF twin choke downdraft carburettors upto 140 BHP



THIS VERSION OF OUR KIT CONTAINS A PAIR of BRAND NEW 40MM TWIN CHOKE  IDF THROTTLE BODIES TO REPLACE THE WEBER IDF CARBURETTORS

INCLUDE THE CUSTOM VW THROTTLE LEVERS TO MATE WITH YOUR EXISITING LINKAGE


VW IDF Throttle body

Depending on your air filters you are using you may find you need to use some spacers to lift your air filter assembly to clear the fuel rail and injectors.  This varies by customer vehicle / air filter choice.


We have some 19mm thick spacers from Jenvey listed in the options section - add these to your order if you require











This Premium kit will suit a vehicle with twin carburettors and includes our unique easy fit carburettor adaptors and full idle speed control capability

We have assembled this kit for easy ordering but if you prefer you can still order some or all of the parts using our individual listings

Ordering our kits will also save you money, our kits are typically 10 to 15% cheaper than ordering individual parts

IMPORTANT INFORMATION RELATING TO OUR COMPLETE FUEL INJECTION VEHICLE KITS

These kits are only suitable for vehicles with a Negative Earth electrical system.
If your vehicle is the older Positive Earth then you must convert the vehicle to Negative Earth before fitment.
Many older vehicles have already been converted but if you need to convert this is normally a simple process often cost free.


The full vehicle kits will normally be supplied with the ECU pre loaded with an initial start file.

This initial start file is simply provided as an aid for engine starting, it should not be considered a suitable final calibration for your engine.
You must be prepared to undertake further ECU calibration work to ensure the ECU files are tailored to your vehicle.
Failure to successfully complete the calibration process may lead to poor vehicle driveability or even damage to your engine.

Our Classic Fuel Injection Kits are custom built to order and to the customer general specification and as such are exempt from automatic return rights under Consumer Contract regulations.
By ordering this conversion kit you understand that further ECU calibration work will be required and the final results are outside of our control.
We cannot accept returns or claims arising from failure to successfully complete the calibration process.
