Ford V8 Small Block Classic Car Fuel Injection Conversion
Based on our Premium Vehicle Kit for vehicles fitted with American V8 engines.
This kit will suit many of the US V8 engines as fitted to Chevolet, GM, Ford and Chrysler vehicles
currently fitted with a 4 BBL carberettor.
Complete with an included adaptor this should fit any vehicle with the standard "Square Bore " or " Spread Bore " inlet manifolds.
This kit will support many " Small Block " engines from around 4.0L upto around 5.7L and around 250 BHP.
For larger engines with more power and " Big Block " vehicles it is recommended to use our Big Block kit.
You can also use this kit as a base for other V8 engines such as the Rover V8 but you may need to make changes to the adaptor and / or manifold

This Premium kit will suit most small block engines fitted with a 4 barrel carburettors.
This kit has a refurbished and rebuilt GM TBI throttle body that replaces the existing carburettor and is a direct bolt on replacement using the adaptor and also looks visually similar to the original carburettor.
We have assembled this kit for easy ordering but if you prefer you can still order some or all of the parts using our individual listings

Please note this kit does not contain nuts, bolts and other fixings or adapters as they will be specific to your application but will easily be sourced from your normal suppliers or your existing workshop stock of parts.
Notes on the Engine ECU Calibration Files as supplied with our kit.
We will preload the Engine ECU with an Initial Engine Start File.
In most cases this should allow you to then start and possibly drive the car.
When the engine is running you can then begin the calibration process to adjust the ECU to suit your particular car.
Some aspects of the calibration process are a manual process whilst others can utilise the self learning and data logging features of the ECU.
Use of the self learn and data logging tools will often save you time in calibrating the system as they can learn and adapt the fuelling for your vehicle or provide a detailed record to allow you to adjust the ECU manually.
Install it, Drive it and let the system do the hard work for you.

Please remember this initial start file is simply provided as an aid for engine starting, it should not be considered a suitable final calibration for your engine.
You must be prepared to undertake further ECU calibration work to ensure the ECU files are tailored to your vehicle.
Failure to successfully complete the calibration process may lead to poor vehicle driveability or even damage to your engine.
Our Classic Fuel Injection Kits are built to order and to the customer general specification.
By ordering this conversion kit you understand that further ECU calibration work will be required and the final results are outside of our control.
