Classic Fuel Injection

A complete wiring harness for our Classic Fuel Injection System.

Wiring harness designed and manufactured to OEM motor industry standard.
All connectors and terminals pre fitted so all you need to do is lay it in the vehicle, secure in position and connect it to the various components.
This new harness includes all fuses and relays required and designed such that so no significant electrical load is placed on the existing wiring
Designed as a stand alone harness to run along side standard vehicle wiring, meaning there are minimal connections needed to standard wiring.
( typical connections needed - ignition feed to control new system, power feed connected to battery, ground connection, igntion feed from standard HT coil to feed new ignition amplifier

Fitment
Universal - Wiring lengths designed such that they should fit most typical classic cars.
( this may mean some over length on some vehicles but you can hide this during installation)

Single Injector Applications
Will suit most vehicles either 4 or 6 or 8 cylinder running one carburettor as standard.

Two Injector Applications
Will suit most vehicles either 4 or 6 or 8 cylinder running two carburettor as standard.

Three Injector Applications
Will suit most vehicles either 4 or 6 or 8 cylinder running three carburettor as standard.

Four Injector Applications
Will suit most vehicles 4 cylinder running with throttle bodies or injectors fitted into inlet manifold.

Six Injector Applications
Will suit most vehicles 6 cylinder running with throttle bodies or injectors fitted into inlet manifold.

V6 - Six Injector Applications
Will suit most vehicles 6 cylinder with injectors fitted into inlet manifold in a V pattern.

V8 - Eight Injector Applications
Will suit most vehicles 8 cylinder with injectors fitted into inlet manifold in a V pattern.

Retroject Throttle Body
Will suit most vehicles using Weber DGV / DMTL carburettors which are replaced with the Retroject

2CV Vehicle Specific
Custom desgined to suit the Citroen 2CV

VW Twin Solex - Two Injector Vehicle Specific
Custom desgined to suit the VW aircooled vehicles currently fitted with twin Solex type carburettors

VW Twin IDF - Four Injector Vehicle Specific
Custom desgined to suit the VW aircooled vehicles currently fitted with twin IDF type carburettors

Jaguar V12 Four Injector Vehicle Specific
Custom desgined to suit the Jaguar V12 currently fitted with four Stromberg type carburettors

These wiring harness come with cooling radiator fan wiring built in ( relay and fuse )
This means the fan ON / OFF temperature is controlled by the new ECU
Just connect the flying lead to the positive terminal on your fan motor.  
( will suit most fans upto 20 amps, for twin fans you will likely need to add another relay )

IMPORTANT INFORMATION RELATING TO THE RETURN OF COMPLETE FUEL INJECTION VEHICLE KITS

The vehicle kits will normally be supplied with the ECU pre loaded with an initial start file.

This initial start file is simply provided as an aid for engine starting, it should not be considered a suitable final calibration for your engine.
You must be prepared to undertake further ECU calibration work to ensure the ECU files are tailored to your vehicle.
Failure to successfully complete the calibration process may lead to poor vehicle driveability or even damage to your engine.

Our Classic Fuel Injection Kits are custom built to order and to the customer general specification and as such are exempt from automatic return rights under Consumer Contract regulations.
By ordering this conversion kit you understand that further ECU calibration work will be required and the final results are outside of our control.
We cannot accept returns or claims arising from failure to successfully complete the calibration process.
